Sadly you're right... do they do them in a different colour?
And I love the fact you just said 'willy'. I am so immature, that has made me giggle! Willy, willy, willy! Sorry I will behave now...

My friend's favourite insult when someone really upsets her is to call them 'a piece of poo on a stick'.
How can you be offended by something so innocent?!
Anyway I digress, back to shoes....
I need to get to Barratts on Oxford street, they do a few pairs in extra small sizes. If I cant find some plain ones I can just stick bows and stuff on them!! _________________ x ~ Lacey La Belle ~ x

Hahhahhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Willy is funny isn't it? I often say 'ooh you willy' and make myself laugh in the process.
Another special in our abode is 'Who's pipped?' and at that point, everyone looks at one of the dogs. (Oh dear... it's all coming out now.)
Strangely enough - Lacey's comment about 'Poo on a stick' has really made me laugh even more.. especially because some time ago, we all went to Knole House and park and it has loads of darling little deer there, wandering around.
In an immature way (which is just up my street), my other half stabbed a piece of deer poo with a long stick, and chased the kids round and round the grass....... The Poo on a Stick episode still gets talked about in these parts.......... |

I'm one of those girls who leaves the house swearing I'm not going to buy shoes, and manage to come home with one or two pairs. Which is quite an achievement for someone with size 3 feet!
My absolute favourite brands are Pleaser and Devious, total fetish shoes!
One day I plan to own these
..just as soon as I can justify spending that much money on a pair of shoes I will never, ever walk in! |
OOOh Underwear shoes! (Shoes so damn hot they stop being functional footwear and start becoming underwear in their ow right, in case that didn't make sense) I have more of that can be classed as underwear than any other type... _________________ So good they banned her... |

I absolutely adore shoes! New Look is a winner for me - Northampton has a huge one. There are lots of leather pumps in there at the moment. I got some red peep toe ones for a fiver a couple of weeks ago. Utterly devine.
I sometimes struggle finding shoes that are nice and big enough (my feet are a 7/8!!!) but now we have a really big New Look in town there is always several pairs to suit me.

I agree - New Look is the place to be for shoes at the mo! I got some bright red satin pointy-toed heels for just £15 - absolute bargain and utterly, utterly divine . There's a new store in Manc (in the new bit of the Arndale) and it's huge - the shoe section really has to be seen to be believed, anyone who's not ventured in yet definately should. That's my recommendation of the day, anyway _________________ So good they banned her... |

I love those, tried on a pair that high in Camden a while back, and the friend I was with talked me out of buying them (to be fair I was meant to be looking for sensible shoes) _________________ So when you hear this autumn song

As a newbie I know I should show some restraint but OH MY GOD!!! How happy am I to find this thread?
Thanks for the tip on New Look in the Arndale Ms Cherry Noir. I've been a slave to Aldo (and occasionally Dune, Office and Schuh) in the Trafford Centre and I could really do with some bargains. I have 6 and a half feet which is a nightmare as so few shops do half sizes any more- 7s are too big and 6s too small *weep* There's nothing glamorous about a Scholl insole or blisters, let me tell you
My latest acquisitions are below. Almost to good to wear outside......
I also own a pair of 6" heels that have never left the bedroom but it is my avowed goal to be able to walk in them unaided

I have the same problem with the lack of half sizes. I bought these shoes a little while back....for these I'm prepared to suffer the indignity of a shoe insert!
