Wii FitHi all
just wondering if anyone has one and if it has really made you fit? Or is it just used for playing games. Thinking of getting one as I hate gyms but want to get fit.

It is genuinlly quite difficult and although I've not played ours to get fit, more just because, I can imagine that if you did it regularly and properly it probably would work.
It is fun too though. Like the hula hooping game. Thats amazing! And you can feel your muscles working. But like the running and that is made sort of fun, and a hell of a lot more fun than a treadmill

Wii Fit does work but like all forms of exercise you do more than a couple of minnie games every now and then.
