Tease n Squeeze Burlesque Revue 18 July, ChesterThe Tease 'n' Squeeze Burlesque Revue is on Sat 18 July 2009.Place: DIVA'S SHOWBAR, Station Road, Chester, CH1 3DR. Right by the train station! Doors open 7.30pm and showtime is 9pm. Tickets are: £5 advance from Diva's. £6.50 from www.rosielarouge.co.uk £7 on the door. Bargain prices or what! Its a fully choreographed one and a half hour show, presented in 3 parts. I have my own Burlesque Dance Troupe - Rosies Rubies. They will perform some stunning costumed dance routines, all with a burlesque, risque edge. My female vocalists are Violet Darling, a husky voiced songstress. And Harley Sparkles, who has an amazingly powerful voice. Then there are my Burlesque Performers: - Miss Cherry Blossom - a sensual mature lady with a sense of fun. Shes so fed up with office work! - Miss Violet Darling, who provides Burlesque comedy at its best. A frumpy cleaner, who wants to change her life! - Miss Harley Sparkles, ditzy but cute with her Card Trick routine. - Miss Scarlet Powers, a very strong stage presence with her Gangsta Man performance. Also, an innovative way to mix cocktails in Cocktail Time - no hands required! - And myself, Miss Rosie La Rouge - elegant yet sexy, ex-Scala Showgirl - I have the audience eating from the palm of my hand, with my Nasty Naughty Routine and my Fabulous Red & Gold Fan Dance. Our GUEST PERFORMERS are: Miss Pink & Fluffy from the Midlands and Miss Katrina Orchid from Oxford. Fantastic! All routines devised by Rosie La Rouge except Guest Performers. We also have a very funny, young, sexy, good looking Comedian from Manchester - Mr. Lewis Charlesworth. OOOh! Swoon! And lastly, our Compere and DJ - the uber cool Mr. John Roberts from Chester. WHAT A FABULOUS LINE UP! Not only all this, but the evening has a 1950's feel with Rock & Roll, Salsa, Merangue, Mambo music, 50's sleazy cheesy jazz rhythms for dancing.
