Gehenna

R.I.P. Gehenna - 20th August 2006 to 8th August 2009
Shortly after 10:45pm on the 8th of August 2009 the Pariah of Gehenna, better known as Gehenna in the Burlesque circuit, died suddenly. The cause of death was a complication of the heart; Gehenna no longer had one.
Shortly before his early death Gehenna lost control of the Birmingham-based Burlesque night, The Silk Stocking Striptease Show to his co-promoter Angel LaVey.
Gehenna died just as he had lived; angry, aggressive and power crazed. Despite repeated attempts at psychotherapeutic intervention the dark monster within would not be tamed; Gehenna was unable to balance his brutal honesty with appropriateness.
On the 8th of August 2009 Gehenna made his Burlesque debut with his co-promoter Angel LaVey. The act did not have a title and so Angel LaVey has named it “The Fall of Gehenna”. A video of the act may become available later.
Those who truly understood him will miss Gehenna terribly.
