You are probably aware that you shed and renew your skin and blood cells every seven years, although it's always ongoing. The pubescent years being the worst, with the skin erupting in a plague of zits. You can tell if your skin problem is caused by over doing the slap or whether it's from within. Clean away every trace of make up and go without for 48 hours, if your complexion shows good improvement, you are definitely going to heavy on the make up. If there is insignificant change then you need to think about your diet. Fresh fruit and raw vegetables will show dramatic change in just a few days. You don't have to go mad, and choose that which you enjoy the flavour of. For example, some love a celery stick, whilst for others it's the devil's food. A single carrot, with the outside skin peeled away, to avoid any absorbed pesticides, cut into small bite size pieces, will improve your complexion dramatically, if done regularly, as part of a diet regime. There's an excellent booklet about understanding your nutrition in Lloyds chemist shops. And for your original request, go to this site and scroll down to:

One last tip, try to do the above experiment away from your monthly cycle, as that can distort the result. Hope that helps, and let me know how you get on. xx

Try mineral make ups ^_^ Fyrinnae and Meow are my favourites. At both places you can order samples for 99 cents and shipping is cheap - i highly recommend them!

Plus I'll be darned if you don't find a foundation to suit you at Meow, or an eyeshadow (or 10) you love at Fyrinnae!
