Thanks hun but its more the bruises i am worried about, the blisters are healing up okay but the bruise is angery and i had one on one of the big toes before yesterday its just got worse! Yet again from wearing my boots or just pretty shoes in general!
Right now i have a vinigar soaked cotton wool call on it with ice cubes on top of that!

You probably need to get your feet measured, professionally. Sounds to me like you might not be wearing the correct size shoe.

I have bruises under the nail on my big toes, they've been there for a good few weeks.
I blame having horrendously big feet and dancing too much!

Generally bruised or black toenails mean your shoes are too tight. Happens a lot with trainers for runners etc if they run a lot with shoes that are too tight. 'Fraid there's not much of a solution other than buy them in the size up unless that's totally falling off. I reckon shoes are almost like bras in that we pick a size early and think that's what size we are for the rest of life! Try Clarks to get your feet measured, because I doubt many other palces do it.
