It's something hell's

I'm trying to call them....I have tried this number http://www.timeout.com/london/sho...es/5047/It-s_Something_Hells.html  020 7287 0241  and it says its not recognised.

I have tried the mobile number from their myspace page but it doesn't ring, goes to Orange answer phone.

Anyone know if they have a different contact number? Or are they shut at the moment?

Ok, no worries, the mobile got switched on and I got through.

OMG!!! i so have to go there!

I went yesterday for a fringe reshape.

I have now done Nina's hair parlour and It's something hells - both of the vintage hair stylists in the London.

If you want any advice or recommendations I am here!

i have only been to london 3 times in my life lol.. i should be going this summer though.. which is best in your opinion?

Ninas is more of a vintage salon - more 1950s originals. Its in a fab location - a huge vintage antique market full of stalls. You can get make up done there too.

Hells' is more rockabilly - red leather and leopard print. It is also in a fab location - although more modern, a little area full of unique shops.

Nina is quite infamous, and I have seen her on tv before, and she used a different technique to cut my fringe than Hell's.

Nina's is where Tony Nylons has his pin up photo studio.

But I would say they are both cool places to go, and I would trust either with my hair.

Their prices seem about the same, which are about the same as any hairdresser in London.

Me and Ruby have been to Something Hell's and Miss Betty.

It's an amazing salon, right in Kingly Court off Carnaby Street.
There are also a few vintage shops worth a visit there as well - Fur Coat No Knickers, Strombolies Circus, Black Pearl and another I can't rememebr the name of.

Miss Betty and Mr Ducktails are very well known in France and are beginning to make a name for themselves over here.  It is amazing just to watch Mr Ducktails cut the men's hair!!

Miss Betty

I have been having my hair done here for a while, as Nina was just too hard to get hold of.
Betty is lovely and the place has a friendly atmosphere. She is also queen of the up-do and cuts a mean bob.
