flats...i have a lovely boyfriend only problem is i love heels but he is only 3 inches taller than me and since we met 2 years ago, i've just worn flats.
i feel really self concious if i wear heels with him because it makes me the same height or taller. is this weird am i mad.
please help...

I am not a tall person. I am only 5'7" which makes me somewhat short for a guy. I have never been bothered by a girl being taller than me whether she's wearing heels or not. In fact, I've been with girls ranging from 4'11" all the way up to 6'1" in bare feet. Three of my girls were 5'9" with no heels. In fact, I seem to attract a lot of taller girls. I have no idea why.
I'm not sure why being taller than him while you're wearing heels should bother you, but if he's secure with his height, you're not gonna bother him by wearing heels and looking good next to him. Not at all.
Wear whatever you want.

My boyfriend is only an inch taller than me, but I still wear heels. I've never found it a problem, and neither has he. I say just go for it, if you want to wear heels, do! I'm sure he won't mind at all, and if you still feel a bit awkward, just let him know and I'm sure he'll help to boost you confidence about it. Or, you could start off carrying a spare pair of shoes with you, and if you feel a bit weird you can always change.
Plus, you say he's only seen you in flats....well, as soon as you pop those killer heels on your legs are gonna look so fabulous he won't care how tall you are!

Same here...I'm nearly 5'9" and still love heels, my boyfriend is about 5'11" but i still like high heels..and so does he!!!
