dress making dummyHi allwell I am thinking of getting a dress making dummy with my birthday money does anyone have any recommendations or pitfalls I should look out for. People say you don't need them but I am feed up braking my back over things that look right in the mirror when they are pinned only to find out I have sawed it in the wrong place after hours of work. The problem with most dressforms is that they are not realistic in their shape - no bum and boobs just seem to slope down into the waist. Mine is currently wearing a stuffed bra and wadding on the bum and tum

I have gone for one from the first site its an 8 part body that you can also make trousers with. I am very chuffed and its a birthday present that will produce many gifts for me lol I hope
