but yes, I have a fringe and want to do the cute curl that i have seen so many people carry off stunningly, how to please?
and also how long does you frindge need to be?

This depends on what type of curl you are looking for, I'm guessing you mean the sort that is flat against the skin and lacquered stiff.
Just take a large barrel tongs then get your curl in the right place and spray it to death.
