oohh Warren when did you want one by? making a mad hatter is my next project but i haven`t made one before-i`d like to practice first! i`m not sure you`d want my first effort! if its for a couple of months time that would be fine but at the mo i don`t think it would be good enough 
on the plus side as a beginner i only charge materials!
but i am a beginner....

Well as with everything else - I want it yesterday!
I have a few other people offering to attempt this hat.
Its for my Midnight Circus show character, and our first show is on March 6.
But the sooner I could get it the better....

It's quite easy to make standard toppers Miss BB, the style Warren wants is a little difficult.
I'll try to find a picture of how to measure your head for a hat so that we can get teh correct size and have a go for you.

I really appreciate your offers of help ladies.
But wait and see if my friends in Newcastle can do it first, as that would be easier.
If they reckon they cant do it - I know I have a reliable back-up team!
Girls look awesome in top hats btw - get one Miss BB - scour ebay.
Maybe there's a small-headed tribe of pygmies in the deepest Amazon basin who are gettin rid of some...

i don`t think i could make it before March  but it sound like you have people who know what they are doing anyway! unlike me ! well i do know what to do its just the actual practice!
Measuring heads is quite easy , you measure in 3 places:
1.above the ears , around the temples and across the forehead, at a slight diagonal
2.the point of balance: behind the ears from ear tip to ear tip
3.from the middle of the forhead go straight over the head toward the back of the head ,ending at the nape of the neck
i can always bring a tape measure on valentines night! don`t say i don`t buy you presents....
