what would you suggest I can use a machine hand or hot glue or is there something i have forgotten?
They are peacock feathers and I am after a look like this

I'd use a combination of glue gun and by hand depending on if the feathers are singles or on a band.
also depends on what effect and where on the bra they are. Just have a play and see what works best
