Does anyone have any tips on how to get the perfect cat flick with liquid eyeliner. I've tried and tried and just can't do it. And how do you get the damn stuff to dry without spreading it all over your damn eyelids when you blink?

I'd never ever used liquid liner and/or put liner on my top eye lid, and after watching this video, i did it perfect (almost) first time on saturday.
I cleaned the lines up with a bit of make up remover on a cotton bud, and it was all super cool.
Oh and she's SUPER pretty. Damn her

| I find the brand of eyeliner affects how much it prints on your eye lid when you blink. |

I quite like the rimmell one, just work on getting a thin line done nearest your eyelashes first then try a neater one on top and fill in the gaps. Really though its simply practice practice practice!
