So, it sounds like some kind of kitchen cleaner, which always put me off, but since it was recommended by the lovely Ruby Rose I've tried it and love it. However, perfect though it is for wearing on nights out or on stage, even the lightest shade is just too much for my very pale skin. I adore being pale and I hate when my face is 3 shades darker than my neck and shoulders. Can anyone recommend a similar product to suit my colouring? The palest imaginable, please

I *think* Shiseido and Laura Mercier make pan sticks in a much wider variety of colours. I have heard many good things about Shiseido in general, so I would try there first.
Max Factor makeup is always so orange!

Googled them. Space N.K stocks the Laura Mercier ones and the colours look promising but they're £30 each and due to a change in circumstance that's just not something I can really afford for daily wear Then again, I can always try one and see how long it lasts.
Do you happen to know who stocks the Shiseido ones? |

I'm sure there are Shiseido counters in Selfridges. I'm pretty sure I saw one in Harrods too. I'm such a makeup whore lol, I love it! I don't know where you can get it online though I'm afraid.
I have a couple of brushes and a lipgloss from Shiseido - their brushes are just amazing.

Bobbi Brown do some really pale foundations, I think they come in at around £20.
I had a stick before and they are really good. Now I use the liquid one, and it is great too.
Hope you find one. _________________ Better to be looked over than overlooked... |

I use Revlon Colourstay in Ivory. It's much paler than most ivory shades and matt finish too. _________________ "Women are made to be loved, not understood" Oscar Wilde

Kryolan do a broad range of pan sticks for around £10 at Charles Fox next time I'm in I shall go and check on the colours, although you can call them for a catalogue.

| I'm Uber pale too, and I mix MAC select cover up concealer with moisturizer for a lovely natural colour. Also, MAC has an amazing range of foundations, any colour, and texture! and mine has lasted 6 months so far, and I wear it every day. |

Thanks Ruby honey.
I love MAC, but I just find that even their palest doesn't match my pale neck, freckly cheeks yes, pale neck, no. Damn! So I figured I rather match face to neck. Rather than the other way round and have to match everything to face...you see?
So now I'm with Bobbi, it doesn't have MAC lasting power, or the real flawlessness, but it is pretty good.
I'd love to MAC to bring out a super pale range. That would be heaven. _________________ Better to be looked over than overlooked... |
