I am going to be in london for easter and was planning on going with a friend for a facial at the sanctuary spa but we have discovered that we can't have treatments at the same time which means that one of us will be sat around waiting for the other ..

does anyone know of any other day spa/facial places in londonthat are good?

Not a day spa but I would recommend the London School of Beauty and Make Up.

You can have treatments at the same time, although in different cubicles. It's a student salon so it's not as posh as the day spas but the treatments are very good.
