I need to learn to cook more meals - healthy ones!

Anyone know any good websites to help a thick Northener cook more than sausage, beans and egg !!!

She might be the least favourite celebrity chef, but you really cannot do better than St. Delia.

I do agree, to a point, I am absolutely shocked and outraged by her latest effort!

Me and my other half have been eating more veggie food in an attempt to be more healthy and I feel tonnes better for it! We love Chilli 'non' Carne Smile

Dice an onion, some garlic, chillies (with/without seeds depending on how spicy you like it) I chuck in as many other veg as I can i.e. carrots, leeks and fry em all for a bit (in veg stock to be extra healthy) glug in some red wine (it's good for you honest!) and some wostershire (I can't spell it!) sauce and a bit of tabasco if you like spicy food. let it simmer for a bit and then add kidney beans, chick peas and chopped tomatoes and if you're using a meat substitute chuck that in here as well. Let it heat through and season then chuck in some fresh corriander and serve with low fat greek yoghurt.

I've got loads more! I LOVE cooking! xxxx
